We thought this program was pretty easy to use. Figuring out what needs to be done is pretty self-explanatory. You do not need to run through tutorials in order to get you started. This is all thanks to the wizard like interface that guide you through step-by-step. Each template designs also come along with well thought of text placement for you to enter. The loading time for the program is super fast. This is the credit of having the tonnes of designs not being loaded all at once, but only shown / loaded when in your computer view. This could be because of the animated designs that are common with this program.  The designs in this program could be altered in minor ways to improve loading times.

Help & Support

Users can take advantage of the troubleshooter and knowledge base offered on Smilebox’s website. The troubleshooter picks out certain aspects of the program and details how they work in an informative, step-by-step format. If you want to get in touch with the program’s manufacturer, you can submit a ticket through their support ticket system. The response time for this system are respectable, but more contact options are needed. They have a blog and profiles on Facebook and Twitter. No contact options exist from any of these three areas.

Digital scrapbooking has certainly lower my expenses. Unlike traditional scrapbooking where I need to spend on various materials and tools, smilebox has provide a great platform to test out various design with great ease. Smilebox is fun, and intuitive to use.
